Wheel Size - for winter steelies

Hi

108 Allure coming soon. I want to stick on some 14" steels and winter tyres - it will be an awesome snow car and good fun to nip round stuck 4x4s on summer tyres here in Yorkshire!

Anyonw know if the wheels same spec as a 107 eg: 4 x 100.00 x 54.00 ET: 39.00?

Cheers

As the Active comes with 14" steel wheels there's a pretty good chance they are.

It would make sense but most online wheels and tyres sites only list the 107 as the 108 is too new. My dealer hasn't yet responded with details of the 107 vs 108 wheels.
So I was looking here if anyone could definitely state the older 107 and new 108 wheels are the same size, offset, width etc.

cheers

same dilema here, have 8x 13" steel 107 wheels with Goodyear Ultra grip 8's on.

decided im going to get a second set of 14" steels and new ultragrips for my top rather than fit the 13" 107 wheels even if the pcd is the same

You'll have to post up some photos once you've got everything installed on your 108.

Also looking forward to seeing pictures of how it looks once installed, keep us posted!
Oh and along with the ride quality of them, as that also matters.

My parts department said no, they weren't, so I ordered some 14" steels from them and Ts850 winter contis from my tyres. But not needed yet as 20 degrees in Yorkshire today!

good thing to do, best to save them for when they are really required or when it comes close enough to that.

i know that if you run winter tires in conditions that are too warm for it, it can cause it to wear out faster... apparently.
