Vauxhall Rival Arriving Shortly

So the current Vauxhall Agila is based on the aging Suzuki Splash since about 2007. Now the new one is shaping up to be competent little rival. Expected to be based on the Chevy Spark and share engines with the ADAM all while looking fetching as a toaster. Its supposed to bottom out below 7,000...

What interesting is that prior to GM divesting themselves of PSA shares the new Agila was supposed to be identical to 108, C1 and Aygo....

Since Opel is also one of their brands, do you think Opel might rebadge it for their own use.

I can see its resemblances with the Spark.

Wonder how much it'll cost.

OPEL and Vauxhall are essentially the same company. Vauxhall uses a majority of opel products as their own, however they do pull from Holden as well...

I thought that Vauxhall is basically the British brand for Opel. I don't think there is much difference between them at all.

It seems like the cool thing to put out a new city car right now, so this makes sense to me. Any idea on exactly when we can expect to see it at auto shows?

So if the new Agila is based off the Spark will Opel have something based of the Spark?

The current Agila is not that great and certainly not a rival for the 108.

Think of the 108 for cool young things and the Agila for old grannies and you'll know what I mean
