hi all
has anyone got a picture of the wiring connector for the rear view camera?
i was looking under the rear bumper and can see the 2 connectors for the number plate lights but there is also another connector clipped onto a plastic lug behind the bumper not connected to anything just wondering if it is for the factory fitted rear view camera i have the base model so no cam installed just seems a bit strange the connecter being there doing nothing.
the car is a 2017 108

just a update
the cable and connector behind the bumper is for a factory fitted camera.
my next door neighbour has bought a 108 this morning his has the reverse camera fitted so looked at his the spare connector on my car is the same as the one fitted to his camera.
so my car is pre wired for the camera.
just not paying £75 for a second hand camera.
have ordered aftermarket cable from hong kong @ £17 delivered.

Been following your posts and thank you for the PM's, I also need to fit a rear view camera for a relative that is accident prone....
I am looking at both options for an aftermarket based on Rporteo post. I have basically bought the kit that he fitted, and factory based on your posts and PM's.


Considering I will go factory if I can but here goes.



Attached is a picture of the underside of my bumper as you have described, cannot locate the 3rd wire for the camera unless missing something obvious.


I have a 2016 Allure, thanks in advance for any help.
