Hello, I got a purple berry Peugeot 108 feline a couple of weeks ago and I was washing it yesterday when I noticed that on the bottom of the side skirt the paint was kind of crinkly? Has anybody else noticed this or do I need to contact my dealer?
Thank you!

Yep. Bog standard on any car that I have owned. Is this your first car? Or the first time you have washed any car??
It is a thick layer of protective coating, then painted with body colour. Stops the stones thrown from the road wrecking underside of your car.

Its a protective coating under the paint - common on most cars. We have it on our audis too.

Nothing to worry about
