Wow thats a lot of different packages that you can choose from with this car. I guess they are applying the whole customization thing to the features of the car as well. Anybody know what a "city pack" is? I also don't know what a ISOFIX rear seat is.

It is, i actually think things like that are necessary to have. But they clearly have good reasons for not including it.

ah but if ou notice it is only the 108's bottom packages that dont include the tach. Its not entirely difficult to shift without a tach you just need to use your ears. Or its possible the speedo has shift points on it. I've noticed that has become common with budget vehicles sold with no tach...

Yeah that's really what it comes down to, money. If it was a higher priced vehicle, likely they would add it.
