Can i purchase a 108 in the USA? If not, can i ship a brand new 108 to America?

No, as far as I know no peugeots are offered for sale in the US.

I would imagine it would be a fairly expensive process to ship and import one but I'm sure there are places that will do it for you for a fee.

Isn't the 108 a little too small for the US? What's the smallest car you can buy over there at the moment?

I would say Mini is one of the smallest cars you can purchase in the USA. Also Kia and Hyundai have very compact cars available in the USA as well..
